For 2015 in Valencia, Venezuela; a group of professionals working for a company that manufactures industrial products began to detect weaknesses in the company's IT/OT systems. Based on these weaknesses, they proceeded to formalize the company, offering mainly external services to their contracting company. The services were aimed at providing specific solutions to existing IT systems as well as the promotion of other applications that could be implemented in the organization.

Having supplied some solutions in the computer systems of the initial client, it was time to look for other opportunities and market niches that could be exploited based on the knowledge of the company's professionals. From there, solutions already supplied were derived to other customers such as: CRM systems update/administration, Web applications development, Industrial devices integration to OT infrastructures, mobile devices applications development, etc. These activities were executed in 2016 and 2017. By the end of 2017 the vision aimed to explore other areas of technological work.

The near past and the present. After implementing an organizational structuring for the end of 2018, the objective was to delve into technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Systems, Virtual/Augmented Reality, IIOT, Blockchains; for which an analysis of the possible market niches and the organizational requirements that were necessary to promote the technologies on which future solutions would be proposed was required. Several training sessions were necessary in order to have a more solid vision of the possible clients/products to be developed. All these activities led to the decision to focus organizational activities on business models based on: Blockchains, Artificial Intelligence and IIOT.
